Liv’s Shack celebrates Summer in New England with hot buttered lobster rolls, fish tacos, hand-ground hamburgers and more.
Liv’s Shack originated from weekend stands at Connecticut Farmer’s Market and the Durham Fair. Executive Chef/Owner John Brescio (also of Liv’s Oyster Bar) opened the original Liv’s Shack in 2014 after being approached by the owner’s of Harbor One Marina in Old Saybrook.
The original Shack is open Wednesday-Sunday, and is located in Harbor One Marina at 26 Bridge Street in Old Saybrook. The restaurant can also be found on Facebook (Livs Shack at Harbor One Marina) and Instagram (Livs_Shack). Open seasonally (weather pending) from Memorial Day to Labor Day, the restaurants offer take-out and dine-in options with BYOB.
The newest Liv’s Shack will be opening in July at Pilots Point Marina located at the previous Boom Restaurant.
